// 01 — what stonk.gg is

stonk.gg is a discovery directory for stock market software, trading communities, and market-content creators. We list things made by other people and link to them. We don't make the things, run the servers, or post the content.

// 02 — not financial advice. ever.

Nothing on stonk.gg is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. Listings, rankings, badges, editorial picks, sparklines, rockets, and memes are informational and decorative — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything, or to use any product. Markets involve risk, including losing everything you put in. Your decisions and your portfolio are yours alone.

// 03 — listings are not endorsements

A listing — free, boosted, or editorial — means an entry passed our review criteria on the day we reviewed it. It does not mean we vouch for the product's quality, safety, performance, or claims, and we don't continuously monitor listed products, servers, or accounts. The Classics page is independent editorial content: those brands have no relationship with us. All trademarks belong to their owners.

// 04 — if you submit a listing

By submitting anything for listing, you confirm and agree that:

• You own it or are authorized to list it, and everything you told us is accurate.
• It is legal, live, and working — and complies with our published listing rules (see the "what we don't list" sections on the app, server, and creator pages), which are part of these terms.
• You hold any licenses or registrations your product or service legally requires.
• We may edit listing copy for clarity, and may reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice — especially drift into banned territory.
• You are responsible for your product and will indemnify and hold harmless stonk.gg and its operator from claims, damages, and costs arising from your product, service, content, or listing.
• Listing is currently free during the genesis phase. Paid boost tiers may launch later; nobody will ever be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid tier.

// 05 — acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no spamming the submission form, scraping at hostile volumes, probing for vulnerabilities, impersonating others, or attempting to access the admin area. We may block traffic that does.

// 06 — third-party everything

Outbound links lead to products, servers, and platforms we don't control. Joining a Discord server, following a creator, or using a listed app is between you and them, under their terms. Do your own diligence — especially before giving anyone money or data.

// 07 — the service is provided "as is"

To the maximum extent permitted by law: stonk.gg is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or safe. To the same maximum extent, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred US dollars, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses of any kind.

// 08 — housekeeping

• We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes will be noted visibly. Continued use means acceptance.
• If part of these terms turns out unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
